Susan Tenby, the Online Community Manager for TechSoup.org has been reviving the Online Community Report Meetup. When I have gone it's been a nice mix of new and experienced folks talking about their online communities.
If you are in the San Francisco area and can make it, it's a nice way for a small group to meet and talk in a relaxing environment. It's a very welcoming group.
